1. Revocation Right for Consumers

A “consumer” is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities.

2. Instructions for Revocation

2.1 Revocation Right

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day:

• On which you or a third party nominated by you, not being the carrier, takes possession of the product(s), if a single product is delivered;
• On which you or a third party nominated by you, not being the carrier, takes possession of the last product, if multiple products are delivered separately;
• On which you or a third party nominated by you, not being the carrier, takes possession of the last part delivery or unit, if the product is delivered in multiple parts or units.

To exercise your revocation right, you must inform DOXA Watches (Rue de Zurich 23A, 2500 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland; Phone: +41 (0)32 344 42 72; Email: contact@doxawatches.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter, fax, or email). You may use the enclosed revocation form, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the expiry of the 14-day period.

3. Consequences of the Revocation

If you revoke this contract, DOXA Watches will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery), immediately and no later than 14 days from receiving your revocation notice.

• Repayment will use the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Reimbursement may be withheld until the products are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.

You must return or hand over the products to DOXA Watches immediately and no later than 14 days from informing us of revocation. You bear the direct costs of returning the products.

4. Returns Policy

DOXA Watches gladly accepts returns for merchandise in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 14 days from delivery. Returned items must include:

• Original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase
• All tags, protective wrapping, and components

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error by DOXA Watches or defective items. In such cases, a replacement will be sent (if in stock) and a return label provided.

Important:

• Items showing signs of wear, alterations, missing parts, or not in original condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee up to 50%.
• Items returned without an authorized RMA number will be sent back to the customer.
• Return shipping is only covered by DOXA Watches if the incorrect item was sent.

5. Criteria for Exclusion or Expiry

The revocation right does not apply to contracts:

• For products not prefabricated and tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements;
• For products that can spoil quickly or have a short expiry;
• For alcoholic beverages if delivery occurs later than 30 days after contract conclusion and the price depends on market fluctuations;
• For newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscriptions).

The revocation right expires prematurely in cases of:

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened;
• Products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• Sealed audio, video, or software products once the seal is removed.
