The deep diver strikes back with the return of the SUB 750T

In a world where watch brands often chase slimmer silhouettes and lifestyle rebrands, DOXA continues to carve its own path; one shaped by purpose, history, and a deeply-rooted connection to the sea. This September, DOXA breathes new life into one of its most formidable dive watches with the relaunch of the SUB 750T. But this isn’t a limited edition or a one-off homage. It’s a confident evolution of an icon, crafted for modern wrists yet unmistakably DOXA at its core.

The SUB 750T has always held a unique place in the DOXA universe. Originally launched in 2002, it was a watch that made no apologies for its size or specs. With its oversized cushion case, 750-meter water resistance, and unmistakable presence, it was built as a tool first and a style statement second. Now, over two decades later, the new SUB 750T arrives with the same no-nonsense spirit, but in a sleeker, more refined form that showcases how far DOXA has come without ever losing sight of what makes the brand special.

The Watch That Grew Up

Let’s start with the numbers. The new SUB 750T retains the visual impact of its predecessor, with a bold 45 x 47mm case, but shaves down the thickness to a remarkably svelte 11.95mm. For a watch rated to 750 meters (2,460 feet) of water resistance, that’s no small feat! The result is a timepiece that still commands attention but wears with surprising comfort and balance; a refined beast of the deep.

True to its lineage, the SUB 750T features all the hallmarks of a DOXA dive watch. There’s the classic unidirectional rotating bezel, patented by DOXA, calibrated with no-decompression limits. There’s the oversized screw-down crown at 3 o’clock, protected by prominent crown guards. And of course, the dial, which is bold, legible, and filled with Super-LumiNova® across the indices, hands, and bezel markings for ultimate readability even in murky depths.

A Palette for All Personalities

One of DOXA’s defining traits has always been its fearless use of color, and the new SUB 750T doesn’t hold back. Available in all eight of the brand’s signature shades, from the high-visibility Professional Orange to the quietly confident Sea Emerald, the collection spans a spectrum of moods and diving preferences. Whether you prefer the urban-cool of Searambler or the cheerful hue of Divingstar yellow, there’s a SUB 750T to match your underwater persona.

Sixteen configurations launch out of the gate, split between two strap options. You can choose either the iconic stainless steel "beads of rice" bracelet or the lighter, ultra-flexible rubber strap that matches the dial color. Both feature a folding clasp with a wetsuit extension, so whether you’re diving in the Red Sea or just dipping into the weekend, comfort and functionality go hand-in-hand.

Big Depth, Light Touch

Perhaps the most surprising feature of the new SUB 750T is its ability to feel modern without sacrificing ruggedness. The redesigned case manages to feel less bulky while retaining the oversized presence that fans of the original loved and that the challenging underwater conditions often demand. It’s still carved from a solid block of 316L stainless steel, still over-engineered for anything the ocean can throw at it, but now with proportions that open the door to daily wear.

At its heart beats the Swiss-made Sellita SW300, a reliable automatic movement with 56 hours of power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz). It’s decorated with DOXA’s signature finishing, visible only to those who know it’s there; a subtle nod to those who appreciate details even when they’re hidden from view.

A New Chapter, Same Spirit

The return of the SUB 750T isn’t just about reviving a classic, it’s about demonstrating that utility and style can coexist. This isn’t a retro reissue designed to ride the wave of vintage nostalgia. It’s a thoroughly contemporary tool watch that nods to its roots while moving the collection forward.

For divers who want the reassurance of a watch that can go the distance, or collectors who appreciate the blend of heritage and performance, the SUB 750T checks every box. It’s a reminder that the best dive watches aren’t just about specs or status, they’re about intention. About gear built for purpose, with a story to tell.

In an increasingly crowded field of heritage reissues and lifestyle divers, DOXA has once again charted its own course. With the new SUB 750T, they’ve proven that sometimes, going deeper also means getting sharper. This is more than a comeback. It’s a new benchmark.
